Receptionist - MOLARI Employment and HealthCare Services

Downtown Pittsfield temporary opportunity for a 2 Day work week! Our client is ideally seeking someone Tuesday and Thursday. Hours would be 8am-5pm. Good communication skills and friendly, professional nature required! 

Duties for this Front Desk Reception position will include: 

• Greeting and Directing all visitors to the office
• Answering incoming calls
• Monitoring and handling of office emails
• Receiving packages and shipments
• Sorting and Distribution of incoming mail
• Other office and clerical duties as assigned ie: Filing, Faxing, Mailings

Pay rate of $19/HR
