POSITION SUMMARY:
Our operations team is looking for a Receptionist to be part of the team! The ideal candidate is skilled at administrative support and has a friendly, welcoming demeanor. We have had many success stories with front desk team members who have moved up within the company as this position has exposure to the full range of creatives and executives. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment a plus!
MAIN DUTIES:
The Receptionist will greet clients and employees, and assist them throughout their session. They will maintain cleanliness of front lobby area. They will answer multi-line phone system while rolling calls to the appropriate department/employees. They will compose daily supervised and unsupervised schedule for the studio. - Placing facility ticket requests with building management
- Maintaining and ordering monthly parking validations
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies
- Daily and nightly studio walk-throughs, opening or securing suites
- Daily briefing with on-site personal
- Communicating call times with client services
- Assisting Client Services department with various duties
- Assisting corporate cardholders with expense reports
- Adding meal costs to jobs in MediaPulse, our billing and scheduling system
- As a member of the Operations team, candidate is also to be expected to be "all hands-on deck" when needed for company events
WHAT YOU BRING:
The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of post-production processes and pipelines is advantageous. They will bring excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as an exceptional eye for detail. They will bring solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Xytech/MediaPulse is a bonus but not required. The ideal candidate will also bring the following:
- Ability to lift/carry items weighing up to 25lbs
- Capacity and interest to learn new material as needed in fast-paced and technical professional
