This is an evening receptionist position. It’s a community that’s centered on the way residents want to live, with a new and refreshing approach to the senior lifestyle, helping residents remain as self-sufficient as possible. The Receptionist will be the front face of our community, warm and welcoming, inviting residents and their family to come in, relax and be comfortable. Performing all facets of reception duties with a high level of customer service, maintaining client confidentiality where required and creating an exceptional resident experience as the top priority. Responsibilities Answer multi-line telephone; distribution of calls to the appropriate personnel or department. Maintains client confidentiality to outside callers. Takes written messages for clients and associates as necessary. Greets and directs all authorized visitors and vendors. Responsible for signage of confidentiality agreements of all authorized visitors and vendors and completion of Visitors 'Sign-In/Sign-Out' log. Give tours to prospective residents/family members. Accepts and records payments received in the mail and at reception. Opens and distributes mail to proper person. Keep track of and order supplies. Makes accurate disbursement of residents’ mail and packages. Performs clerical duties for department heads as necessary. Provides team spirit by cross training to help others within the office.
