Receptionist at Safe Harbor Wills and Trusts

Are you a talented multitasker who loves interacting with people? We’re looking for a positive and professional receptionist to be the face of our boutique law firm. You’ll welcome clients, vendors or other visitors. You answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, schedule meetings, take payments, and assist us with other operations as needed, including but not limited to general filing and preparing conference rooms for meetings. The ideal candidate is a great communicator who excels at making others feel welcomed and valued. The role requires someone with an outstanding work ethic, a history of punctuality and dependability, and a desire to support a great team. Position is in office, full time, M-F, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

$16 -$17/hour, DOE. 401k with company match, health insurance available.

• Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
• Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
• Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct
• Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.

• Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
• Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
