Receptionist - StoryPoint

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our team in Cincinnati (Anderson Township), Ohio. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for handling incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, and providing general office support.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with serving residents in the dining room as needed.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with multi-line phone systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of office management procedures.
