Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department, and handle inquiries with efficiency.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate office activities as needed.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
