About the Job
Corporate Headquarters is looking for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk/Customer Care Representativeto join our team in ourmain office. This includes greeting, answering phones, assisting clients, data entry, and supplies restocking.
The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all clients. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Guest services Welcome guests, employees, and clients who arrive at the office and clarify the purpose of their visit and who they want to see. Answer all phone calls and emails sent to the main office and provide inter-office messages as requested.
- Administration Send out and receive email, documents, and packages. Distribute items to mailboxes and offices as requested. File and keep good records. Data entry accurately and timely. Maintain an organized filing system. And other miscellaneous duties. Follow up daily on Job tasks.
Requirements:
- 18 Years or Older
- Average with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn basic new systems
- Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
- Good communication and writing skills
- Very Confidential
- Ability to keep busy during down times
