Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage the front desk at our office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. In addition to greeting guests, the receptionist will handle a variety of administrative tasks including answering phone calls, managing appointments, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients, ensuring they feel welcome and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, transferring them as needed or taking messages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and conference rooms.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies inventory.
- Ensure office security by following visitor log-in procedures and monitoring access to the office.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations.
- Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to build positive relationships.
- High school diploma.
