AgTrust Farm Credit is seeking a full-time Receptionist. This role will be located in our Fort Worth office. As a receptionist you will answer phone calls, greet, and welcome visitors, help manage office inventory, setup and clean up after meetings and provide administrative assistance, as necessary. Your position represents AgTrust to the public. You will assist in AgTrust's local effort to be the preferred provider of agricultural financial services, surpassing all others in the customer and employee experience by embracing innovation and operational excellence.

Day-to-day Duties:
- Professionally and promptly answers phone calls, providing assistance and routing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Welcomes vendors, customers, job candidates, and other visitors courteously, addressing their needs or directing them to the right person for assistance.
- Identifies and reports maintenance issues within the facility, such as lighting and phone problems.
- Runs errands as necessary, including picking up lunch, mailing items, and assisting with various tasks.
- Supports administrative staff on various projects, ensuring timely delivery of required information.
- Assists with preparing mail and FedEx shipments as needed.
- Helps manage office inventory, including kitchen supplies and snacks.
- Ensures the front desk and visitor areas are kept tidy and organized.
- Sets up and cleans up after training sessions and meetings, occasionally staying after hours when required.
- Complies with Farm Credit Bank of Texas (FCBT) and Association technology and security standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of experience performing the duties listed above
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines, with the ability to adapt within a changing environment
- Intermediate software skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ability to learn new software systems
- Ability to use office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers/scan
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written) required
- Customer service experience and skill with a commitment to providing outstanding client service
- Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
- Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload
- Must have sound judgment and discretional skills and be able to work with little supervision
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Must have a good driving record, valid, driver's license, vehicle insurance and a reliable vehicle
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two (2) years of experience performing the duties listed above
- Salesforce software experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
- This position has repetitive hand and arm motions and prolonged periods of sitting and standing
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, listen, reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- This position requires frequent manual dexterity in combination with eye/hand coordination such as using a keyboard/typing and handling of equipment
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Prolonged exposure to a computer screen
- The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate
- Must be able to travel (5%) within the metropolitan and surrounding area
