Open Ended Temporary (possibly Temp to Perm) Receptionist

$20-$25/HR DOE

Onsite - Frederick CO 80504

Job Description:

• The specific duties and responsibilities may change or be increased as assigned and include but not limited to:
• Responsible for answering phones and directing calls daily
• Responsible for greeting clients and visitors
• Responsible for scanning and filing of A/P and administrative paperwork
• Responsible for tracking business license renewals
• Responsible for new hire employee information packets
• Responsible for foreman Job boxes and forms
• Responsible for tracking of office and breakroom supplies
• Responsible for tracking of all PPE and company swag
• Assist with marketing and advertising for RFP's and presentations / Social Media activities
• Prepare power points for foreman meetings - Coordinate with COO
• Serve as main back up to Project Coordinator when needed
• Other administrative duties as assigned
• In light of the lean, small business environment, assistance with other tasks as required from time-to-time
