LIA is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. As our receptionist, you will play a crucial role in being the face of the company as a first point of contact for all visitors, guests and employees. This internship will offer the opportunity to gain knowledge of working in small business with several government contract vehicles and learn valuable office skills to start your career.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and transfer phone calls & take messages for LIA Headquarter Staff.
• Sort and deliver mail.
• Greet visitors
• Managing the front desk
• Handling confidential paperwork
• Maintain visitor log
• Administrative Duties, as required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university accredited college or university.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a related field.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Scheduling Knowledge.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of government contracting a plus.
