Fiesta Auto Insurance - Executive Assistant Needed
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Executive Assistant to support our team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth. The ideal candidate will manage executive-level administrative tasks, assist with scheduling, and provide direct support to our leadership team.
Main Responsibilities of an Executive Assistant:
- Perform a variety of administrative support tasks with attention to detail
- Assist in planning and coordinating calendar events and meetings
- Provide comprehensive support to executives as needed
Executive Assistant Job Description:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, managing office communications and appointments
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects
- Direct clients around the office and maintain visitor logs
- Answer and forward phone calls, and manage scheduling
- Organize and distribute mail and emails
- Handle copying, faxing, and other administrative tasks
- Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Prepare meeting rooms and materials for training and meetings
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Executive Assistant Job Requirements:
- Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong time-management skills
- Customer-centric approach
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
