About the Job
Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Nail Salon Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at our salon.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and ensure they are comfortable.
- Manage appointments and reservations using salon software.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and book appointments.
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist nail technicians and other staff with various tasks as needed.
- Handle transactions, including cash, credit card, and digital payments.
- Uphold salon policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
- Monitor inventory of products and notify management of low supplies.
- Resolve client issues and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role; previous salon or spa experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using salon management software or similar systems.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
