Responsibilities

• Greet and screen all incoming visitors and staff, directing to the appropriate office and/or resident room
• Give directions and/or information to visitors, guests, residents, sales representatives, etc.
• Answer the phone, determining the nature of the call, and directing the caller to the appropriate individual or department
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail as directed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• One year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong organizational skills, dependable, and the ability to multitask and work independently
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
