Receptionist at TEKsystems

Description:

Receptionist - will be on a team of 3 who manage 2 desks, 1 on the 2nd floor on the 5th floor, and will rotate between to cover breaks, sick days etc.

Very professional office setting with C-Suite in the building who regularly interact with this team.

• Ensure lobby areas are open daily and verify that designated conference rooms and kitchens are stocked with beverages and snacks, maintaining cleanliness as required.

• Answer multi-phone system, screen, and direct calls.

• Check incoming voicemails, emails & faxes and distribute them accordingly.

• Greet and assist visitors

• Assist in sorting mail and packages efficiently.

• Maintain and update the employee phone extension list.

• Prepare overnight packages.

• Order office supplies and monitor office supply stock.

• Address and mail out birthday cards monthly.

• Manage the distribution and collection of parking permits, contact building management as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST

- min 2 years customer service in a professional setting

- min 1 year recent experience in corporate office setting (admin, csr, etc.)

- min 6 months admin experience - able to greet walk in customers, manage multi phone lines

- MS office - use online ticketing system, manage shared inbox in outlook, use web based systems to get work done
