Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Jessup, MD, is seeking a skilled and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Location: Jessup, MD

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay: $18-$20/hourly

Responsibilitiess:

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Coordinate visitor sign-in and security procedures such as issuing visitor badges.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail.
• Relay messages accurately to internal staff and handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
