A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECEPTIONIST

As our receptionist, you create the first impression clients have about our office. With this in mind, you greet all clients with a smile and a friendly demeanor. Before appointments, you pre-test patients in order to gather new or additional information for doctors. You reconcile insurance, run reports, and pull insurance. And, you keep any additional administrative work under control. Utilizing your customer service skills, you answer patient questions, recall patients for follow-up, and confirm eye exam schedules. Through your efforts, the office is kept clean, clients are well informed, and our operations are able to run smoothly. You enjoy helping our clients have the best experience possible!
