About the Job
Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Receptionist/Legal Admin Assistant for a contract to hire opportunity located in the heart of Atlanta.
Summary: The Receptionist / Admin Assistant provides support to the Office Manager. This position requires an ability to maintain confidential employee information.
Reception Duties
* Provide reception coverage at the reception desk from 8:30 - 5:00 daily (excluding lunch and other breaks)
* Coordinate conference room reservations
* Manage after hours HVAC needs
* Provide parking validation upon request
* Greet guests, answer the phone
* Visitor badges
* Unlock and lock front doors as needed
* Turn on and forward main line phones as needed
* Act as point of contact regarding guests coming to the office for meetings, visits, etc.
* Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager
Admin Assistant Duties
* Coordinate building activities, maintenance and repairs with property management via portal system.
* Assist Office Manager with onboarding preparation and activities, including updating and finalizing administrative documents (e.g., orientation notebooks and PowerPoint presentations), coordinating first day communications and schedules,
* Coordinate various office-related services through outside vendors and internal stakeholders.
* Assist the Attorney Recruiting Manager and Office Manager in setting up candidate interview schedules, including checking calendar availability.
* Assist with summer clerkship program-related preparation, activities, etc.
* Other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; three years of prior work experience; prior law firm or professional services industry experience preferred.
Salary: $50,000
