Receptionist - Flowly Solutions

Flowly Solutions is hiring a receptionist for our office team.

This is a full time and permanent position you can grow within. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm. We are slightly flexible on the exact working hours. We do not offer weekend work.

In this role you will be dealing with incoming calls from our customers. You will be directing them to the correct point of contact and answering their questions. You will also be responsible for assisting in other areas of the office. We require prior clerical experience for this role.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Answering all incoming phone calls and transferring them to the correct point of contact
• Professionally assisting upset customers and defusing situations
• Working with other departments to relay questions or issues about our services
• Processing both local and international shipping
• Learning our computer software and procedures
• Processing customer orders and ensuring they are taken care of
• Printing our labels and applying them to outgoing orders
• Providing basic technical support to customers and seeking help if you do not have an answer
• Learning our entire product line to effectively communicate them 

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or in an office setting
• The ability to effectively use computers and software
• Experience using Google and Microsoft programs
• Effective typing ability
• Reliable transportation to work
• Clear communication over the phone
• No formal education is required
