Job Description
Receptionist
- Act as front desk administrator and greet visitors as they enter the building
- Check in clients and schedule appointments as needed
- Answer phones and triage calls to correct departments
- Interact with internal and external clients in a friendly and helpful manner
- Other office administrative tasks as necessary
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) is preferred
