Adecco is looking for experienced receptionist and payroll administrator in the Madison Heights, Michigan. Previous experience in payroll or administrative assistant duties is preferred! Job title: Receptionist
Job Summary The candidate will work as a Receptionist, responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls and mail, maintaining a clean reception area, scheduling appointments, and assisting with payroll processing tasks such as timesheet tracking and data entry. They will also provide general administrative support and coordinate visitor badges.
Even Simpler: The job is for someone who welcomes visitors at the front desk, answers phone calls, helps with payroll tasks like tracking work hours and entering data into systems, and keeps the reception area tidy.
Skill Requirements
Must-Have:
Experience in Payroll
Proficiency in Data Entry
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities
Preferred:
Associate degree
Familiarity with basic accounting principles
Skill Education
Payroll: Understanding of how to process employee paychecks by calculating wages and deductions.
Data Entry: Ability to accurately input information into computer systems or databases.
Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in using Microsoft's suite of productivity software including Word for document creation, Excel for spreadsheets and data analysis, and Outlook for email communication.
Requirements
-HS Diploma/GED
-Experience related to the role directly is a plus, but not a must
-Team player and quality characteristics
-Required to show up on time and work when scheduled
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
