Volpe Enterprises is hiring a receptionist to join our team!

Volpe Enterprises is a full-service design/build complete home remodeling company that has been in business since 1970. Compensation is paid bi-weekly and will be based on experience level.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct all incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate department or individual.
• Provide clients with excellent customer service, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure that all calls are properly routed to the appropriate department or individual.
• Schedule appointments for clients and maintain appointment schedules for staff.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and faxing.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
• Operates safely in all conditions.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
• Follows company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role with a focus on phone communication and client dispatch preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with phone systems and other office equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
