Responsibilities

• Greet and screen all incoming visitors and staff, directing to the appropriate office and/or resident room.
• Answer phones, determining the nature of the call, and directing the caller to the appropriate individual or department.
• Collect and file resident personal information, including their medical history and demographics.
• Issue medical files to the appropriate individuals or agencies that request it.
• Perform administrative duties, including maintaining employee database and sorting emails for HR department.
• Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• One year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong organizational skills, dependable, and the ability to multitask and work independently
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
