Receptionist/Medical Records Part time Mon-Fri 4-8pm - Rolling Hills Healthcare Center

Rolling Hills Care Center is seeking a  Part time Weekend Receptionist to join our team!  We currently have part time hours for a strong candidate.  Employee must be able to work well with others and utilize Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and visitors that come into the facility and give them directions/information as necessary.
• Answer telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate party. 
• Adhere to HIPAA rules and regulations.
• Conduct self in a professional manner, creating a warm and friendly environment.
• Assist with administrative duties as requested by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to build rapport with residents, family members and peers
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Medical Background

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Hours! Monday-Friday 4-8pm plus holidays.
