aMAYZing Kids pediatric clinic in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA is currently seeking a Medical Scheduler to join our AK family. We specialize in pediatric occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech therapy. We are passionate about what we do both in the clinic and in the community. This is a full-time position

We are looking for a motivated, focused professional, seeking long-term employment in our growing clinic. Candidates must have excellent people skills, be outgoing, courteous and motivated to assist in keeping our schedules full! Must be able to exhibit strong communication skills, be a self starter and be a reliable team member.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Strong email communication, presentation and public speaking abilities
• A keen eye for detail and ability to absorb information rapidly
• Be a self-starter that requires minimal supervision and directive
• Fills openings on schedule daily
• Maintains waiting list and coordinates scheduling with additional scheduler
• Checks company software system daily for accuracy and confirmation that new evaluations are confirmed, and proper paperwork is received and scanned
• Creates correspondences and office memos when needed
• Safeguards patient privacy and confidentiality
• Has a positive tone level and is professional
