Receptionist/Office Assistant - Cooney Healthcare and Rehabilitation

Cooney Healthcare and Rehabilitation is looking for a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join the team!

Receptionist/Office Assistant Duties:

• Answer telephone, refer calls and take messages, as needed. Pass along a resident’s direct phone # to reduce the volume of calls which need to be forwarded. Do not allow personal employee calls unless it is a legitimate emergency.
• Greet and direct visitors, welcome everyone to the facility.
• Provide customer service support to residents, family members, visitors and staff.
• Report complaints and grievances to supervisor and assist in solving problems.
• Follow all established safety procedures and precautions when operating equipment, and report hazardous and defective equipment or conditions to your supervisor.
• Screening all who enter, ensuring proper PPE is issued to visitors and employees
• Assist HR and Payroll with clerical and administrative duties as needed, and provide support to the Admissions coordinator as requested.

Position Schedule:

We are currently hiring for a full-time candidate to work Monday through Friday working 8 hour shifts.
