About the Job
PrideStaff's client in Hollywood is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Receptionist to join their dynamic team. As the first point of contact for callers, you will provide exceptional administrative support and ensure a seamless experience for all callers. This role requires a strong understanding of administrative and task management and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer and redirect incoming phone calls
Handle outgoing mail and receive/sort incoming deliveries
schedule and confirm appointments for clients and coworkers
Manage office supply inventory
Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
Clerical support includes data entry, faxing, and filing documents
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational abilities and an eye for detail
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
