Receptionist and Office Assistant - Island Therapy Center

Outpatient physical therapy and wellness clinic with one-on-one focus.  Therapist-owned and operated for 15 years, community-respected, specializing in true one-on-one care (NO double booking, or hand-off to assistant).  Outpatient orthopedics primarily, with additional services including massage therapy, Pilates training and personal training.

Friendly and efficient front desk position with key responsibilities including scheduling, document management, scanning, cleaning and other office duties.  15-20 hours per week off season and 20-30 hours per week during season.  $15/hour compensation.

Proficiency in managing scheduling software and navigating office software expected.  Excellent customer service skills and friendly/helpful attitude.  Ability to maintain clean and inviting office atmosphere.  Exemplary communication skills verbal and written expected.  Experience in office setting, especially medical an asset.  Close commute to Sanibel or living on Sanibel Island an asset.
