What You'll Do
SSI's Advanced Materials Lab (AML) in Cambridge, MA is hiring for a Receptionist/Office Support. The Advanced Materials Lab (AML) in Cambridge, MA is part of Samsung Semiconductor, Inc. headquartered in San Jose, CA. AML is engaged in materials design and discovery for a broad range of next-generation technologies in batteries and semiconductors.
Location: Onsite at our Cambridge, MA office/ 5 days a week
Duties include:
- Greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Maintaining office supplies, inventories, equipment, and common area.
- Handling shipments and mails
- Assisting and coordinating company events
- Providing administrative support across the teams in the office
What You Bring
- Greet and direct visitors at the front desk
- Provide administrative support to Samsung divisions across the office
- Manage office/kitchen supplies, inventories, equipment, stationery, and furniture
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mails/packages/deliveries
- Communicate with supply vendors and building management
- Perform administrative tasks for executive(s)
- Assist and coordinate company events
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain security, safety, and hygiene standards of the office
- Previous work experience with customer/people interaction
