Vaco Boston has partnered with a leading Manufacturing Company in the Medical Device space looking to hire an administrative professional to support employees and clients in a Receptionist/Project Coordinator role. This would be an onsite position to start within the next couple of weeks. The team is specifically looking for someone with strong communication skills for greeting clients, data entry skills for reporting and experience working in an administrative capacity.
- Greet clients and professionals upon entering building
- Support managers of different divisions on projects
- Support Facilities Department with ongoing administrative tasks; filing, scanning, data entry etc.
