The Eliot of Troy is seeking a Part Time, 7a-3p Receptionist!

$250 sign on bonus! ($125 at 6 months and $125 at 1 year)

Receptionist Overview: The Receptionist will provide general assistance for Business Office and Wellness ; answer telephones; greet guests; respond to residents' requests and assist in the coordination of services.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check-in all guests to the facility 
• Assist staff in providing and coordinating services to residents, families and guests.
• Answer telephone calls and direct calls appropriately
• Create and maintain an environment for residents, families and guests that is customer-friendly and that values and respects the uniqueness of each individual.
• Oversight of the Reception area for organization and compliance.
• Sort and distribute mail
• Engage with residents to ensure high level of satisfaction and bring any issues or concerns to Case Management.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Management Team.
• Adhere to and carry out all policies and procedures.
• Responsible for flow book, appointment paperwork, distrubiting all forms to correct departments, and ensuring proper communication with the corresponding manager.

• Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude
• Knowledge of or willingness and ability to learn phone systems and computer programs
• Enjoys working with elderly population
• Must be a team player
• Reliable Transportation
