Job Title: ReceptionistJob Summary:We are seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees upon arrival
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries to the appropriate departments
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
• Assist with other clerical duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Friendly and professional demeanor
