The RECEPTIONIST position is the first impression customers see so being professional and welcoming is very important!
Key Job Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers inside the dealership
- Answering phones in a courteous and professional manner
- Direct customer calls to the appropriate department
Required Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to work professionally and effectively with others
- Professional demeanor
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of the company, including assigned work, location of role, etc.
- Working knowledge of multi-line phone system
- Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Shifts may include weekends, evenings and some holidays.
