About the Job
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and ensure a welcoming reception area.
- Direct visitors to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls to the correct staff members.
- Schedule appointments for designated staff (may require calendar management software).
- Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges (if applicable).
- Maintain office security by monitoring security systems and following established protocols.
- Process and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Prepare meeting rooms with necessary materials and refreshments (as needed).
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and well-stocked with office supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree a plus.
- Minimum one year of receptionist experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Positive and professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay Range: Hourly $18.00 to $20.00
