KPFF's Washington Division is in Downtown Seattle. Our Administrative Support team is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of full-time Receptionist. This position offers the opportunity for you to:

· Answer and route phone calls for the main office line.

· Greet clients, employees, and other visitors.

· Maintain the appearance of the common areas.

· Take charge of meeting room setup.

· Coordinating catering orders for meetings and in-office events.

· Keeping our snack inventory well stocked.

· Assist in scheduling the use of company cars and cameras.

· Submit and track building management requests, ensuring a safe and functional workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

· Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Initiative-taking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Dependability that our team can rely on.

· Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

· Comfortable working under pressure, while maintaining composure and professionalism.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Must be able to lift 25 pounds comfortably.

· Must be able to stand and walk-around for extended periods of time .

· Must be able to safely use a small ladde r when needed.
