Serra Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Lake Orion is seeking a full-time Receptionist & Showroom Greeter to add to our growing team.

Serra CDJR Lake Orion is seeking an energetic, hard-working & detail oriented team player to join our friendly and fast paced dealership team.

The Receptionist receives calls at the dealership, determines the nature of their business, and directs callers to their proper destination. You will be responsible for answering basic inquiries, route incoming calls and taking messages with timely follow up.

You are the initial contact that the caller will have with our company. It is essential that the caller is greeted in a friendly, positive & accommodating manner that address their needs and ultimately results in a pleasant experience.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 per year

Responsibilities

Answer all incoming phone calls

Accurately & efficiently route all phone calls

Maintain incoming call logs for various department use

Greet & direct all guests of our dealership that may need assistance

General office filing

Digital cataloging of accounting documents

Process daily incoming and outgoing mail

Various tasks as assigned to support our dealership's guest experience

Positive attitude

Professional phone & face to face etiquette

Ability to multi-task
