Position Title: The Only Facial Client Experience Liaison - Receptionist

Location: Corporate Office

Job Type: Part Time, Approx 30 Hr (Afternoons and Sundays Required)

Reports To: Director of Operations

Job Overview:

The Only Facial Receptionist is one who is dedicated and focused, who excels at prioritizing; completes multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and welcoming spa atmosphere with every phone call answered. Graceful and compassionate in greeting and booking clients; discreet and effective communicator. Focuses on driving productivity by leveraging strong front office management skills while maintaining strong working relationships with all team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer and direct incoming calls for all 8+ store locations.

· Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.

· Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.

· Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

· Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

· Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

· Support marketing efforts by assisting in the organization of holiday and promotion products, including, but not limited to creating gift boxes.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer software.

· Flexibility in an ever changing and adapting environment.

· Positive attitude and a passion for skincare and wellness.
