You'll be:** - Greeting the public and assisting visitors. - Assisting applicants in completing applications. - Distributing name badges to visitors and temporary employees. - Scheduling meeting rooms for all. - Answering and transferring calls from all over the United States. - Participating enthusiastically in company and community service events. - Performing light administrative duties. - Providing PC support and administrative duties as needed. - Acting as a model for Vision, Values, and Mission. - Building professional relationships with customers and other teams. - Responsible for updating company phone and speed dial lists, Brag Board, and Company Calendar. - Updating the automated messaging center daily. - Assisting Administration or any other team when needed for various tasks. - Responsible for ordering, maintaining, and distributing promotional items for the Promotional Store. - Performing other duties as assigned. **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** - Have a high school diploma or equivalent - Must have 1+ years of prior reception experience in a **corporate setting** . - Possess excellent customer service skills. - Are flexible and able to work in a team environment. - Have experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel. - Are well-versed in performing administrative tasks and working with computers.
