Compensation & Benefits
Hourly with annual discretionary bonus.
Two (2) weeks vacation annually, seven (7) personal days annually, employer contributions to health, dental, and vision insurance, and employer 401K match and profit sharing.
Job Description
The Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression for our clients, visitors, and team members. You will be responsible for managing our front desk and providing outstanding administrative support across the organization.
Role Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Source, coordinate, and coordinate vendors for facilities maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate meetings and conference room reservations as needed.
- Monitor and stock the vending machine.
- Conduct new employee identity verifications through E-verify.
- Assist the broader operations team with administrative tasks such as Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests, Accounts Receivable client calling, miscellaneous data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
Qualifications
Comfortable with technology and comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to:
- Lift 50 lbs
- Sit for prolonged periods of time
- Reach, push, pull, bend, squat
- Drive (have valid driver"s license)
- Wear personal protective equipment, when required (e.g. safety glasses, hard hats)
