About the Job
Forest View Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking weekend front desk receptionist (security). Hours are 2pm-9pm Saturday and Sunday. If calling, please call during week 9-4.
Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting staff and visitors in a cordial manner, making them feel welcome as they enter the facility.
- Assisting visitors checking in on the kiosks.
- Keeping a constant watch on facility exits, making sure no resident exits the facility unattended.
- Receiving phone calls and directing them to appropriate parties or taking messages.
- Miscellaneous ad hoc clerical duties.
The ideal receptionist candidate will have the following experience:
- Office experience. In Healthcare is a plus.
- Pleasant, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Professionalism.
- Experience handling sensitive information.
- Detail oriented.
