Job Summary
Are you a people person who loves being at the heart of a vibrant and dynamic office environment? We're looking for a cheerful and professional Receptionist to join our team! In this role, you'll be the friendly face and voice that welcomes our visitors and callers, ensuring they have a fantastic experience from the moment they walk through the door.
But that's not all-This is a duel that will include Escrow duties, you'll not only provide top-notch customer service at the front desk but also support our escrow officers with important administrative tasks related to escrow transactions.
Your day will include greeting guests, answering calls, managing front desk operations, creating and editing correspondence and documents, maintaining files, and delivering stellar client service. With your strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, you'll help keep things running smoothly-while handling confidential information with the utmost care.

Responsibilities and Duties
Typical duties of the position may include:
- Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and route calls efficiently, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Assist customers with general information on company escrow services, procedures, and the status of files.
- Handle Minor revisions of title commitments.
- issues short form and instant policies.
- File and record transaction documents for issuance of final policies.
- Manage appointments and coordinate scheduling.
- Maintain office operations and ensured a smooth front desk area.
- Ensure the timely placement of orders and collaborate with customers and internal departments to gather necessary information for comprehensive order processing.
- Assist with administrative tasks and handle correspondence.
- Track files and facilitate their assignment to the appropriate Production department for further review and examination.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Regular and physical attendance at the workplace location.

- Experience with Escrow and Title production software is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education/Experience:
Education: A High School diploma or the recognized equivalent is required. A minimum of one year of experience in an office setting is also required.
Computer Skills:
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.
