Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist with some homecare experience to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of our homecare services. The ideal candidate will have experience in both administrative roles and familiarity with homecare procedures.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a welcoming attitude
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Provide basic information about our homecare services to prospective clients
Coordinate with homecare staff to ensure seamless communication between the office and field teams
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Assist in processing homecare-related documentation (intake forms, insurance, etc.)
Handle billing, invoices, and payments as necessary
Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing administrative role
Some experience in homecare or healthcare setting preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
