Bill Howe is currently hiring for a Project Coordinator. As the Project Coordinator, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of each project you are working on. Project Coordinators may work closely with upper management as well as other departments, to make sure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and budget. The Project Coordinator communicates and coordinates all work with the customer daily.
Responsibilities
- Provide the best customer experience to our San Diego community
- Manage project during remediation phase through reconstruction phase.
- Communicate daily schedule with customer, office and technicians.
- Schedule, obtain bids from and coordinate sub-contractors
- Track materials/equipment being used on project
- Schedule in house labor and track hours daily
- Set budget for job and track to ensure profitability
- Collect progress payments and final payments from customers.
- This position requires you to be on a monthly on call rotation as our company is a 24-hour emergency response.
Qualifications
- Must have 3 years' experience as a Project Coordinator required.
- Familiarity with Xactimate is a plus.
- Positive team-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean DMV record and Driver's License
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements
- While performing duties of the job the employee may work aloft, climb, bend, pull, reach overhead, stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
Environmental Conditions
- Travel to a variety of work-sites every day.
- May work in varying temperatures; both inside and outside, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, cold, and dampness.
- May work in areas with exposure to moderate/high noise levels.
- May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles including dust.
- May be required to work in confined spaces or from high heights.
