Position Summary | TheClinical Law Program at the UNM School of Law is a law firm where advanced lawstudents are on the front lines of public service, representing real-worldclients under the supervision of School of Law faculty. We are looking for ahighly motivated and organized individual to join our law firms admin supportteam. The Records Administrator oversees the law firms digital client filesthroughout their lifecycle. The RecordsAdministrator will provide guidance on file maintenance procedures and policiesto clinical law students. This position shares responsibility with other staff toprovide general law office support, including coverage for our reception desk.The successful candidate will exhibit professionalism and excellentcommunication skills, both oral and written. Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
Preferred Qualifications | Experience with electronic databases, records management programs or case management software Attention to detail and highly organized Excellent communication skills Proficiency with computer applications and office equipment Demonstrated experience maintaining confidentiality Customer service experience |
