Records Management Clerk
Locations: Princeton, NJ
Duration: 6+ months
Job summary: Looking for candidates for a long term assignment for a document management project.
Job duties:
- Use of Excel to enter data into spreadsheets for storage/organization.
- Perform clerical duties that include filing and organizing images and medical documents such as mammograms.
- Will be responsible for leaving or purging items, or packing them in boxes, and will be placing inventory, and updating records in Excel.
Requirements:
- Individuals should be familiar with retention schedules and be analytical.
- Experience within Corporate Governance is highly preferred though not necessarily required.
- Previous record/filing or records management experience is required.
- Candidates should be highly organized and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Organization and communication skills a must.
- Candidates will have access to confidential information so they must be trustworthy and possess integrity.
