Position: Recreation Assistant
Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Rotation: Every other weekend, 2 holidays per year

Location: Wolfeboro Bay Center, Wolfeboro, NH

Are you someone who loves making a positive impact and creating enjoyable experiences for others? Wolfeboro Bay Center is seeking a Recreation Assistant who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and ready to enhance the lives of our residents through engaging activities and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and leading fun, meaningful recreational activities for residents
• Foster a welcoming environment that encourages resident participation and socialization
• Help with setup and cleanup for events and activities
• Work closely with the Recreation Director to tailor activities to residents' needs and interests

Qualifications:

• Experience in recreation or caregiving is a plus (experience in senior living a bonus!)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, friendly, and supportive attitude
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
