NOW HIRING: Recreation Director

This is a small, 60-bed center. It is a hands-on management position. The Director of Recreation will have the opportunity to both oversee the department as well as participate in engaging the residents in a hands-on approach.

What You’ll Do:

·         Plan and execute engaging activities that inspire and uplift our residents.

·         Create a positive, fun, and supportive environment to promote overall well-being.

·         Collaborate with our caring team to enhance the quality of life for every resident.

Requirements:

·         Must possess one of the following certifications:

            ADC (Activity Director Certified),

            CDP (Certified Dementia Practitioner), or

            CTRS (Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist).

·         Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred.

·         Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills.

·         A smiling face!
