Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist with the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting creation to onboarding new hires.

- Screen resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates based on specific criteria.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics, including candidate communication and travel arrangements.

- Conduct background checks and reference checks.

- Prepare offer letters and onboarding materials.

```
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

- Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.

```
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as developing training materials or conducting employee surveys.

- Order office supplies and manage inventory.

- Provide support for payroll and benefits administration.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.

- Research and recommend new recruitment tools, technologies, or strategies.

- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in human resources.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support the company's strategic goals.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.

- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or recruiting role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). ?

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
