Job Title: Recruiter
Department: Administration
Reports to: Administrator
Status: Non- Exempt
Position Summary: The Recruiter oversees talent acquisition for the community. They represent Parc Provence to residents, guests, families and the community, contributing to our mission of enhancing residents' qualilty of life. Staying organized and on task is key! Essential Functions:
· High- Volume Recruitment: Source, attract, and hire top talent.
· Establish and share reports on Appoli analysis through ATS to monitor recruitment results.
· Partner with managers to identify and fulfill current and future staffing needs.
· Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites, providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
· Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: College degree required
- Experience: 2-3 years in Recruiting preferred;
- Senior Living Experience: 1-2 years preferred
- Skills: Interact and communicate effectively with applicants and management, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality
