Wellhart was founded in 2018 with a mission to tackle the urgent healthcare staffing shortages at commercial medical facilities and local, state, and federal government agencies. We are one of the fastest growing healthcare staffing companies in the US. Our teams place physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dentists, and CRNA’s, including behavioral health providers on short-and long-term assignments, filling immediate gaps in healthcare coverage.
As one of our entry-level Recruiters, you will grow and develop a portfolio of healthcare providers and work with our team of Account Executives to fill their critical staffing needs. The work you do will help ensure patients in need of care can be seen by a provider.

Our primary focus lies partnering with medical facilities to fill gaps in staffing coverage with temporary medical providers (MDs, NPS, PAs, etc). As an employee of Wellhart you will be tasked with providing locum tenens staffing solutions to cater to the medical needs of facilities, agencies, and agency partners nationwide. By offering on-demand
coverage, our goal is to bridge the staffing gap while upholding the utmost standard of quality
patient care, which remains the cornerstone of our organizational mission.
